New Employee Creation Setup

To view the basic steps to setup Alt go to Module Setup page.

To know more about Employee Creation, go to How to create an employee under Alt Worklife > HRIS > List Employees.

        1. To setup Employee Creation, login as Admin, go to Admin -> Configuration -> Form Configuration.

        2. Search for Form with name EmployeeList and click on Context level security.

        3. On clicking the Context level security, fill the Configuration Context as FORM_ROLE and Role as any role to which this feature

            will be enabled.

       4. Following are the fields on which security needs to be provided:

               i. Make the component Name (in EmployeeList.Action Panel) CREATE NEW as Viewable.

                  The above steps will enable the Create Employee button on List Employees page.

       5. To further enable the fields, login as Admin, go to Admin -> Configuration -> Form Configuration.

       6. Search for Form with name My Details and click on Organization level security and give View/Edit/Editable Non

           Mandatory/Editable Mandatory access to the fields as per requirement.
